Comptroller, State - As enacted, removes requirement that the comptroller periodically conduct performance audits of state agencies authorized or required to act relative to the conservation of energy, the study and production of alternative sources of energy, and energy security; such agencies remain subject to performance audit for governmental entity review purposes. - Amends TCA Section 8-4-103.
