Arbitration - As introduced, prohibits, with exceptions, an employer from requiring an employee or prospective employee who is a member of the Tennessee national guard or the uniformed services of the United States to waive certain rights or agree to binding arbitration of certain claims; requires a waiver or arbitration agreement executed by a service member employee to be knowing, voluntary, and recorded in a signed writing to be enforceable. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 29.
