Workers Compensation - As enacted, renames the second injury fund to subsequent injury and vocational recovery fund and authorizes the bureau to use money from the fund to provide vocational recovery assistance to employees with certain limitations; revises certain provisions regarding electing to be exempt from the law; and revises various procedural provisions regarding appeals of workers' compensation orders. - Amends TCA Section 9-8-307; Section 29-20-401 and Title 50, Chapter 6.
