Education - As introduced, authorizes a retired teacher with a minimum of 20 years’ experience teaching to receive an automatic certification or licensure for an additional 20 years or until the teacher reaches the age of 75; requires the retired teacher to purchase any liability insurance. - Amends TCA Section 8-36-821 and Title 49.
