Education - As enacted, requires the department of education to develop, and the state board to adopt, rules to ensure the education of students incarcerated in detention centers licensed by the department of children's services by the LEA in which the detention center is located. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 5, Part 1; Title 37, Chapter 5, Part 5 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
