Drugs, Prescription - As introduced, extends, from 10 to 15 days, the time period within which the owner or legal possessor of misbranded or adulterated legend drugs or devices must request a hearing to show the board of pharmacy why the drugs or devices should not be destroyed. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 53 and Title 63.
