Children's Services, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department to maintain case manager staffing levels so that case manager caseloads do not exceed an average of 20 active cases relating to initial assessments or an average of 20 children monitored and supervised per case manager. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 5.
