Forfeiture of Assets - As introduced, includes offenses in which the defendant intentionally selects the person against whom the offense is committed because of the person's race, religion, color, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, or gender within the definition of "acts of terrorism" for purposes of the asset forfeiture provisions of the terrorism act. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 8.
