Firefighters - As introduced, specifies that present law prohibition against terminating employment of a volunteer firefighter who is absent or late to work due to responding to an emergency will apply to all days that the employee is responding to a declared state of emergency for eight or more hours per day. - Amends TCA Title 50 and Title 58.
