Traffic Safety - As introduced, increases the penalty for the offense of unlawful use of a portable electronic device while driving to a Class B misdemeanor if the violation results in an accident causing serious bodily injury and to a Class A misdemeanor if the accident results in death. - Amends TCA Title 55.
