Insurance, Motor Vehicles - As enacted, clarifies that off-highway vehicles operated on public roads are covered under the definition of "uninsured motor vehicle" for purposes of being covered under an uninsured motorist policy. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 12; Title 55, Chapter 8 and Title 56, Chapter 7.
