Annexation - As enacted, deletes the limitation allowing non-contiguous annexation by resolution to occur only in a county having a population according to the most recent decennial census that is greater than 44.5 percent and 50,000 of its population in the preceding decennial census. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 51, Part 1.
