Education - As introduced, allows students enrolled in a home school or private school to take the ACT examination at any public school offering the examination; authorizes department of education to provide a voucher for home school and private school students to take the examination. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 50 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
