Probation and Parole - As introduced, requires an agent who monitors electronic monitoring devices worn as a condition of probation or parole to make weekly reports to the person's probation and parole officer containing certain violations and reports within 24 hours for certain violations; creates an electronic monitoring fund to pay for electronic monitoring for indigent persons on probation or parole. - Amends TCA Title 40.
