Education - As introduced, removes the requirement of a minimum of three 15-minute periods of non-structured physical activity per day for students in grades K-1; removes the requirement of a minimum of two 20-minute periods of non-structured physical activity at least four days a week for grades 2-6; requires LEAs with elementary school students to integrate a minimum of two 20-minute periods of non-structured physical activity at least four days each week; clarifies the definition of non-structured physical activity; defines physical education program. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
