Juvenile Offenders - As enacted, permits juvenile court to transfer a juvenile under 16 years of age to a criminal court of competent jurisdiction to be tried as an adult for committing an act of terrorism. - Amends TCA Section 37-1-134 and Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 8.
