Military - As introduced, extends certain employment protections to members of the army and air national guards, state guards, and civil air patrols of other states consistent with protections that exist for members of the Tennessee air national guard, state guard, and civil air patrol. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 33; Title 50 and Title 58, Chapter 1.
