Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - As enacted, decreases the amount of time that teachers are required to teach math or science in a public school in order to be eligible for a Tennessee HOPE teacher’s scholarship from two years to one year for each year of receipt of the scholarship. - Amends TCA Section 49-4-936.
