Education - As enacted, revises various provisions regarding student accountability measures due to the implementation of the federal law The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) including revising the way the state board of education and the department of education determine the performance level of a school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 6 and Section 49-6-6001.
