Judicial Districts - As introduced, creates division V of the circuit court of the 21st judicial district and a new circuit or chancery court in the 16th judicial district; both new judges to be appointed by governor until September 1, 2020; eliminates one division of circuit court or chancery court in the 20th judicial district effective September 1, 2020, to fund new court in 21st district and one division of circuit court or chancery court in the 30th judicial district effective September 1, 2020, to fund new court in the 16th district. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 2.
