Fire Prevention and Investigation - As introduced, changes, from February 1 to February 15, the date by which fire insurance companies transacting business in this state are required to report to the commissioner of commerce and insurance details on all fire losses on all property insured by such companies within the state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9 and Title 68, Chapter 102.
