TennCare - As introduced, requires the bureau of TennCare and its managed care organizations to accept a claim from a healthcare provider as being timely filed when the claim is filed within one year of the date of service; provides for review of a denial of a claim on that basis under the prompt payment requirements of the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1986. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 71.
