District Attorneys - As introduced, changes from February 1 to March 1 the date by which each district attorney general must report how many administrative subpoenas were requested, issued, contested, quashed, or modified, and the number of search warrants issued and prosecutions following certain administrative subpoenas. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 17.
