Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, authorizes Tennessee consolidated retirement system members who deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, or Operation Iraqi Freedom to receive military service credit in TCRS for each day of deployment; authorizes TCRS members who performed peacetime military service at any time between May 8, 1975, and August 1, 1990, to receive retirement credit for that service subject to a contribution requirement. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35 and Title 8, Chapter 36.
