Election Laws - As introduced, extends, from 50 days before a primary election to 25 days before a primary election, the deadline by which a person seeking a nomination through write-in ballots must notify the county election commission or the state coordinator of elections, as applicable. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 11; Title 2, Chapter 13; Title 2, Chapter 5 and Title 2, Chapter 8.
