Commerce and Insurance, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to annually report the number of incidents of unfair trade practices from the previous calendar year that resulted in the levy of a civil penalty or the revocation of a license to the insurance and banking committee of the house of representatives and the senate commerce and labor committee. - Amends TCA Title 56.
