State Government - As enacted, replaces the secretary of state and department of state with the commissioner of tourist development and department of tourist development on the Tennessee sports hall of fame board of directors and executive committee; requires the department to provide oversight to the hall of fame. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 54.
