Industrial Development - As enacted, renames the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation by adding the designation "dba Launch Tennessee"; revises the purpose and functions of the corporation; increases, from three to seven years, the period during which commercial and financial information received by the corporation from an applicant remains confidential. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 14, Part 3.
