Local Government, General - As introduced, authorizes a person to serve simultaneously as a member of a county election commission and as a member of a municipal or county board if the position on the board is not an elected position and is filled only by appointment and compensation for service on the board is $100 per meeting or less. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 5 and Title 6.
