Notary Public - As introduced, requires advertisements by notary publics on online media to contain substantially the same message as is currently required for advertisements on radio or television that the notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 16; Title 39 and Title 66.
