Education, Higher - As introduced, allows a first responder to receive a 25 percent reduction in the undergraduate tuition at any state-operated institution of higher learning if the first responder has first earned an associate degree using a Tennessee Promise scholarship, Community College Reconnect Grant, or Tennessee reconnect grant. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
