Campaigns and Campaign Finance - As introduced, removes provision by which a candidate becomes ineligible to qualify for an election if a civil penalty has been assessed against the candidate for a violation of the financial disclosure law and has not been paid within 30 days. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
