Local Education Agencies - As introduced, requires LEAs to survey students, within one month of the start of the 2017-2018 school year, as to the availability of internet access in their homes and report results to the department of education; the department will report the results to the governor, the education committee of the senate, and the education administration and planning committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49.
