Real Property - As introduced, clarifies that the small business advocate within the office of the comptroller of the treasury may provide to residents of this state who are starting a small business or who already own a small business information regarding the acquisition of real property for the small business and other matters relative to real property that a small business may encounter. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 13; Title 56; Title 62; Title 66; Title 67 and Title 68.
