Election Laws - As introduced, enacts the "Presidential Candidate Tax Return Disclosure Act," which prohibits inclusion on a ballot the name of any candiate for president who has not filed the candidate's tax returns with the secretary of state by 50 days prior to the primary or general election, as applicable. - Amends TCA Title 2.
