Russell Glover

This is a ceremonial Senate resolution (S 262) congratulating Russell Glover on his induction into the South Carolina Golf Hall of Fame. It recognizes his golf career achievements, including multiple South Carolina championships and professional titles, as well as his 44 years of free junior golf instruction.
