A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "HUMAN PERSONHOOD AT CONCEPTION ACT" BY ADDING SECTION 16-3-8 SO AS TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF "PERSON" FOR PURPOSES OF HOMICIDE OFFENSES TO INCLUDE EVERY HUMAN BEING BEGINNING AT CONCEPTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; AND BY REPEALING CHAPTER 41, TITLE 44 RELATING TO ABORTION.
