A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 11-1-130 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN ENTITY THAT HIRES OR EMPLOYS CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH CERTAIN VISAS MAY NOT RECEIVE ANY STATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES.
