A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS SO AS TO ENACT THE "MILITARY SKILLS TO CIVILIAN LICENSURE ACT"; AND BY ADDING SECTION 25-15-50 SO AS TO REQUIRE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING BOARDS TO GRANT EQUIVALENT CREDIT FOR MILITARY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE TOWARD LICENSURE, AND TO MANDATE EXPEDITED APPLICATION PROCESSING FOR VETERANS AND MILITARY SPOUSES.
