A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 7-5-172 SO AS TO REQUIRE VOTER REGISTRATION TO INCLUDE PARTY AFFILIATION; BY ADDING SECTION 7-13-17 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE CONDUCTING OF CLOSED PRIMARIES IN THIS STATE; AND TO REQUIRE THE STATE ELECTION COMMISSION DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT.
