A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-260 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO MEMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OR THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE MAY SERVE MORE THAN TWELVE YEARS IN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY; BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-270 SO AS TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF IN-DISTRCT COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
