Bishop Tommy William Sanders

This is a commemorative resolution honoring Bishop Tommy William Sanders, pastor of Holy Place Church in Chester, who passed away in 2020. The resolution recognizes his 30+ years of pastoral service, his founding of Holy Place Church in 1990, and his community work through the Holy Place Academy and Love and Joy Daycare. It does not create any new laws or policies - it simply memorializes his legacy. The South Carolina House of Representatives adopted this resolution on February 6, 2025, and will present a copy to his family.
