A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 43-5-12 SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT CHILDREN BEING CARED FOR BY NONPARENTAL CAREGIVERS IN A HOUSEHOLD QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFITS MUST BE COUNTED AS MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD FOR BENEFIT CALCULATION PURPOSES.
