Summary
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 40-13-265 SO AS TO PROVIDE LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS, ESTHETICIANS, AND NAIL TECHNICIANS MAY PROVIDE SERVICES PERMITTED FOR WHICH THEY ARE LICENSED ON LOCATION IN THE HOME OF A CLIENT OR AT CERTAIN EVENT VENUES; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 40-13-110, RELATING TO GROUNDS FOR REVOCATIONS, SUSPENSIONS, OR RESTRICTIONS OF LICENSES ISSUED BY THE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY, SO AS TO MAKE CONFORMING CHANGES.
