Summary
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 16-17-780 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE OPERATION OF VEHICLES ON THE BEACHES OF THIS STATE, WITH EXCEPTIONS, AND TO CREATE CRIMINAL PENALTIES; AND BY ADDING SECTION 48-39-370 SO AS TO RESTRICT THE USE OF VEHICLES BY AUTHORIZED GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYEES DURING CERTAIN MONTHS OF THE YEAR.
