A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 40-43-30, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT SO AS TO DEFINE "OUTSOURCING FACILITY"; AND BY ADDING SECTION 40-43-197 SO AS TO PERMIT A PHARMACY'S OR PHARMACIST'S ACQUISITION, ADMINISTRATION, AND DISPENSATION OF DRUGS COMPOUNDED OR REPACKAGED BY AN OUTSOURCING FACILITY.
