A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 12-37-220(B)(3), RELATING TO GENERAL EXEMPTION FROM PROPERTY TAXES, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR AN EXEMPTION FOR A DISABLED VETERAN'S VEHICLE IF THE VEHICLE IS OWNED BY A TRUST, THE DISABLED VETERAN IS THE BENEFICIARY OF THE TRUST, AND THE DISABLED VETERAN OTHERWISE WOULD QUALIFY FOR THE EXEMPTION IF HE OWNED THE VEHICLE.
