A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-20-42 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT MUST ATTAIN CERTAIN AVERAGE PUPIL-TEACHER RATIOS AND MAY NOT ALLOW A TEACHER TO TEACH MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED FIFTY STUDENTS IN ONE SEMESTER TO QUALIFY FOR FUNDING.
