A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 7-23-10, RELATING TO EXPENSES OF GENERAL ELECTION OFFICERS, SO AS TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT PAID TO MANAGERS AND CLERKS OF GENERAL ELECTIONS BY REQUIRING A PER DIEM FROM THE RESPECTIVE COUNTY IN WHICH THEY WERE APPOINTED TO SERVE IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THAT PROVIDED IN THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT.
