A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-112-50, RELATING TO TUITION RATES FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, SO AS TO INCLUDE CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OR THE RESERVES OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES UNITS IN THIS STATE.
